About the Search Firm

In January, the Executive Committee interviewed consulting firms specializing in headmaster searches for independent schools.  As a result of those interviews the Committee selected Educators’ Collaborative (www.educatorscollaborative.com) to lead the search process for Holland Hall.  Educators’ Collaborative has conducted educational searches since 1971.  The two principals who will lead the search for Holland Hall — Edward “Ned” Becker and Jim Maggart — are both former headmasters for independent schools in Houston, among other qualifications.  Background information for Ned and Jim is included on the Educators’ Collaborative website.
