Dear Holland Hall Community,

As previously reported, the Search Committee has retained Educators’ Collaborative (EC) as its consultant in the search for the next Head of School.  Ned Becker and Jim Maggart from EC will be on campus March 30th and 31st meeting with several faculty, parents, students and trustees to become better acquainted with the school in order to prepare an Information for Candidates (IFC) report with detailed information about the school and the qualities that the school is looking for in our next Head of School.  Obviously, the number of people that the consultants will be able to meet with during their two-day visit is limited, but we would like to invite everyone in the Holland Hall community to share their thoughts with the consultants and the Search Committee by participating in a questionnaire that can be accessed by clicking on the following link:

Your responses to the three questions in the questionnaire will help the candidates understand the culture of the school, the challenges the school will face in the next few years and the qualities and skills the next Head of School should possess in order to lead Holland Hall going forward.

The Search Committee also welcomes any suggestions you have for potential candidates. Please include the names, contact information and a sentence or two about the candidates you recommend in the appropriate box in the survey.
