How is the quality of any school to be judged?  We all know the importance of strong leadership and vision, relevant and challenging curricular programs, state-of-the-art facilities, a strong home-school partnership, and students who care about their education.  All of these qualities are crucial to our success at Holland Hall but they all are secondary to this important fact:  The heart and soul of any school is its faculty – the adults who work with our students every day.  I am pleased to lead a faculty without peer in their expertise, their creativity, and their passion for their work with our students.
