Complete the online application
Complete the Teacher Recommendation Forms (English and Mathematics Teacher Recommendations are required for students applying for Grades 4-8. Extracurricular recommendation forms are required for Grades 6-8.
Complete the Parent Waiver form
Turn in grades from the last two years and any current standardized test scores

While completion of the first five steps will complete an applicant’s admission file, they are not required at the beginning of the process. Frequently, the parent/guardian of a student interested in learning more about the Holland Hall program begins the process by calling the Office of Admission to schedule a “shadow visit.” During the visit, the student, who is paired with a host in the grade for which he/she is applying, will attend classes, eat a complementary lunch, and have an interview with a faculty member.
In order to accommodate the large number of Middle School applicants, testing dates have been scheduled on Saturday, November 16, 2013, Saturday, January 4, 2014, and Saturday, February 8, 2014.

After the shadow visit, the completion of the entrance exam, and the collection of the materials listed above, the Office of Admission will contact the parent/guardian regarding the admission decision.
