Bus Service

Bus Service

Holland Hall is planning to offer Bus Service for the 2016-17 school year, however, an insufficient number of riders may result in the cancellation of this service. If your child(ren) will need this service, it is critical that you submit your request on or before August 1, 2016. The school MUST have a certain number of riders in order to support this service. If this number is not met, parents will be responsible for their student’s transportation needs. If transportation services will not be available for your student, you will be contacted by August 8, 2016 so that you may make other arrangements.

Door-to-door pick up and drop off is usually available, but when door-to-door pick up/drop off is impractical, a central meeting point will be established. The current midtown central meeting pick up/drop off point is at Utica Square. Generally our bus routes include areas from Utica Square to 121st Street South, between Riverside and Memorial.

Bus service is offered after Upper-School sports in the Upper School, leaving at 5:30 p.m., to our midtown drop off at Utica Square.

If you have questions concerning our transportation service, please call Greg Spencer at (918) 481-1111 ext. 4746.

Primary-to-Middle After-School-Transfer
If you have students in both the Primary and Middle Schools and would like to have your child(ren) walked to the Middle School at dismissal time, you may request this service. This service is not offered for students in our Preschool program.

Please Note: For the children’s safety, it is our policy NOT to walk the children to the Middle School in the event of inclement weather or conditions that may put the children at risk. If we cancel the transfer of the children for any reason, we will alert you via the sign at the Middle School/Primary School driveway intersection and via text. We understand this may be an inconvenience, but we appreciate your patience. If you have questions about the transfer service, please contact Pam Herman at (918) 481-1111, extension 4725.
