Bus Service
Holland Hall is planning to offer Bus Service for the2013-2014 school year. A lack of riders may result in the cancellation of this service. If your child(ren) will need this service it is critical that you submit your request on or before August 1, 2013. The school MUST HAVE a certain number of riders in order to support this service. If this number is not met, parents will be responsible for their student’s transportation needs. If transportation services will not be available for your student you will be contacted by August 8th so that you can make other arrangements.
Door to door pick-up and drop-off is usually available, but for those where door to door pick-up/drop-off is impractical, a central meeting point will be established. The school has, and intends to continue, its bus run to our midtown central meeting pick-up/drop-off point at 21st and Yorktown. Generally our bus routes include areas from 21st St. and South Yorktown, to 121st St. South, between Riverside and Memorial.
Please note:
* The first day for bus service will be Monday, August 26, 2013.
* Bus service is offered after sports in the Upper School, leaving at 5:30 p.m., to our mid-town drop off at Utica Square (21st and Utica).
If you have questions concerning our transportation service, please call (918) 481-1111 ext. 245 or 798-2433.

Primary to Middle After School Transfer Request
If you have students in both the Primary and Middle Schools and would like to have your child(ren) walked to the Middle School at dismissal time, you may request this service. (This service is not offered for students in our 3 year old PreSchool program.)
Please Note: For the children’s safety, it is our policy NOT to walk the children to the Middle School in the event of inclement weather or conditions that may put the children at risk. If we cancel the transfer of the children for any reason we will alert you via the sign at the Middle School/Primary School driveway intersection. We understand this can be an inconvenience, but we appreciate your patience in the event this policy is instituted. If you have questions about the transfer service, please contact Pam Herman at (918) 481-1111, extension 725.
