Extended Day
Primary School
Primary School Extended Day Programs are offered because there may be times when your schedule does not coincide with the typical school day. We are committed to providing a safe and fun environment for your child to play – a place where play encourages children to make friends, to share thoughts and ideas, or to spend time creatively. Children in our program will experience cooking, art, science, outdoor and indoor play.

Before School Club – 7:00-8:00 a.m.
5 days a week for $80 per month
4 days a week for $64 per month
3 days a week for $50 per month
2 days a week for $32 per month

Early Birds (PreSchool Only) – 8:00-9:00 a.m.
5 days a week for $100 per month
4 days a week for $80 per month
3 days a week for $60 per month

After School Club – 3:00-4:30 p.m.
5 days a week for $120 per month
4 days a week for $96 per month

After School Club – 3:00-6:00 p.m.

Before School Club, Early Birds, and After School Club are offered in the extended day area. These programs will follow the same philosophy your child is accustomed to throughout the school day.
- These programs begin Wednesday, August 22.
– An afternoon snack will be provided.
– Children in grades 1 through 3 will have time to complete their homework.
– Activity Days are held during early dismissal in the beginning of the school year and throughout the academic year when school is not in session. A separate form is required for these days.
– There is a daily drop-in rate of $20 and a one-time enrollment fee for those children who attend on an occasional basis.
– A late fee of $20 will be charged for each child picked up after their enrollment time (4:30 or 6:00).
– Children will be formally signed into the Extended Day Program after a 10-minute grace period. This $20 fee will be strictly enforced after that time period.
If you are interested in Early Birds, and/or Before and After School Clubs, please complete this form and submit by Monday, August 1st. Monthly fees, late charges, drop-in fees, and a $20 enrollment charge will be added to your monthly billing statement. Please select all options you are choosing, and the day/days your child will be attending the Extended Day Program. A separate form is required for each child that will be attending our programs.
Middle School
As you plan for the upcoming year, we want to invite you to consider our Middle School Extended Day Programs for times when your schedule does not coincide with the typical school day. After School Club programs are offered each day until either 4:30 or 6:00 p.m. The Before School Club program begins at 7:00 a.m. Following are the rates and information for each option. Enrollment forms are due August 1, 2012.
Following are the rates for each program.
Before School Club – offered in the Middle School Refectory 7:00-7:45 a.m.
5 days a week for $75 per month
4 days a week for $60 per month
3 days a week for $45 per month
2 days a week for $30 per month
1 day a week for $15 per month
After School Club is offered in the Middle School 5th grade area 3:15-4:30 p.m.
5 days a week for $142 per month
4 days a week for $120 per month
3 days a week for $95 per month
2 days a week for $60 per month
1 day a week for $35 per month
After School Club is offered in the Middle School 5th grade area 3:15-6:00 p.m.
5 days a week for $255 per month
4 days a week for $210 per month

The program follows the same philosophy your child is accustomed to throughout the school day. Your child will follow a routine that incorporates study hall, self-selected activities, group activities, and outside time.
- A snack will be provided after school.
– These programs begin the first FULL DAY of school.
– There is a daily drop-in rate of $20 for those children who attend on an occasional basis.
– Please be prompt picking up your child. A late fee of $20 will be charged for each child picked up after 6:00 p.m.
Monthly fees for Middle School Extended Day Programs and a $20 enrollment charge will be added to your monthly billing statement.
