The Les and Ellen Goddard Merit Scholarship

The Les and Ellen Goddard Merit Scholarship Program provides outstanding 6th and 9th grade students the opportunity to attend Holland Hall as merit scholars. One entering 6th grader and one entering 9th grader are selected as recipients of these renewable scholarships, $2,500 for 6th grade and $4,000 for 9th grade, on the basis of their admission test scores, grades from the student’s current school, teacher recommendations, and a personal interview. In order to be considered for the scholarship, students must complete the application process and submit the scholarship application by January 31, 2013. (Candidates must take the admission/scholarship test on one of two test dates–November 17, 2012 or January 5, 2013.) Finalists will be selected and invited to campus for a scholarship interview in the spring. Recipients are selected and announced prior to May 1st.
