Director of Admission and Financial Aid
Prior to beginning her work in the Office of Admission in 2012, Ms. Martin served as a Holland Hall Upper School English teacher, Department Chair, Senior Dean, and Academic Bowl coach. She loves every facet of the Holland Hall community and is excited to share the school with the entire Tulsa community. She has one daughter, a “lifer,” Madeleine Phillips ’25, in 3rd Grade at Holland Hall. Ms. Martin loves to coach her Upper School Academic Team geniuses, edit student essays ten minutes before they are due, and support the Dutch in all of their passions. Before joining the Admission Team in 2016, Ms. Parker was actively engaged in the Holland Hall community. As a parent of "lifers" Joslyn '28 and Elliana '31, an Upper School assistant volleyball coach, a 7th Grade volleyball coach, a Middle School throwing coach, and the spouse of Upper School English teacher, Nathan Parker. Ms. Parker has "worn many hats" that prepared her to "roll" with the Admission staff. She has a song for every occasion, is the first to pitch in with a last-minute project, and loves supporting our new students as they become members of the Holland Hall family. Primary School Admission Coordinator
Ms. Bibens worked as an Assistant and substitute teacher in the Primary School at Holland Hall (Preschool, Junior Kindergarten, and 3rd Grade) for almost 15 years prior to joining the Admission Team in 2013. She delights in welcoming our youngest students to Holland Hall. Ms. Bibens is married to Mr. Bert Bibens (former Primary and Middle School Chaplain and current Primary School Head). They have three children, all alumni and “lifers” of Holland Hall – Robert ‘07, Michael ’08, and Emily ’11. Ms. Bibens is our resident trivia expert and knows all of the answers for our table at Holland Hall Trivia Night. Middle School Admission Liaison
Mr. Thompson (Coach BT) has been a Middle School science teacher, coach of every sport, Wellness instructor, and Middle School Dean over the course of the last twenty years. In addition to all of these duties, Mr.Thompson is the Middle School Admission liaison. Mr. Thompson has three children who have attended or are currently attending Holland Hall – Denny ‘09, Tanner ‘16 (a HH “lifer”), and Summer ‘17 (a HH “lifer”). Coach BT is famous for giving students their lifelong nicknames and beating illnesses mentally.
