The 2011 Auction Committee congratulates Holland Hall alumni Zak Helmerich ’74 raffle winner of the 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4×4 from Auto Showcase of Tulsa. Winner was drawn at random at halftime of the last home football game on Friday, October 22, 2010. A total of 394 tickets were sold. Congratulations and thank you for supporting Holland Hall!

Beginning Friday, September 10, the Holland Hall Auction Committee is raffling a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4X4 from Auto Showcase of Tulsa. Tickets are $100 and the drawing is on October 22, 2010. 2010 Raffle Rules
Winners: The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible raffle tickets purchased. The drawing is during the football game on October 22, 2010 at Holland Hall and will be conducted by the Holland Hall Parent Association Representatives. Odds of winning the prize: 1 in 500. Ticket holders need not be present during the drawing to win. The winner will be notified within forty-eight hours of the drawing by telephone or mail if not in attendance at the drawing. The winner must present the ticket stub and it must be in their name. The winner must accept the prize and provide a social security number and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release. The prize will be awarded to an alternate winner if affidavit is not returned within 5 days after hand delivery or mailing to winner or if prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, or in the event the winner is determined to be ineligible.
Minimum Ticket Sales: This raffle will be conducted only if 200 or more raffle tickets are sold by October 15, 2010. In the event that condition is not satisfied, no prizes will be awarded and each purchaser will receive a full refund of the amount paid to Holland Hall for their purchase of raffle tickets.
Prize: The winner will receive a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4X4 from Auto Showcase of Tulsa, $23,563 MSRP value-cost upgrades beyond the stated MSRP are the responsibility of the winner. All dealer prep and destination fees are included. If the vehicle is accepted by the prize winner, he or she must present evidence of insurance and current driver’s license at time of delivery and must take delivery at Auto Showcase. Title, registration, insurance, taxes and all other fees not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The Prize winner must deliver to Holland Hall School a cashier’s check or bank certified check in the approximate amount of $6,833, payable to Holland Hall School for payment of taxes (29% of the car value) to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) before actual delivery of the car and sign the W-2G for the IRS and OTC.
OR: Upon request of the prize winner, $18,000 in cash in lieu of the car. If the Prize winner elects to receive the car, she/he will receive a check in the amount of $12,780 (29% will be withheld for taxes and sent to the IRS and OTC.
Eligibility: The raffle is open to any individual legal residents of the United States (excluding territories and possessions, but including Holland Hall employees and their family members) 21 years or older who is a licensed driver. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to applicable federal, state and local regulations. Taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Only 500 tickets will be available for purchase. Raffle ticket requests will be honored on a first come-first serve basis.
Winner List: The name of the winner will be available at the Holland Hall Business Office or can be viewed online at www.hollandhall.org after October 29, 2010. The winner agrees to use of name, likeness and/or prize information to be released and disclosed by Holland Hall without any compensation.
Other: By participating in this raffle, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these official rules, agrees to be bound by the decision of the Holland Hall Board of Trustees, and warrants that he or she is eligible to participate in this raffle. By participating in the raffle, each participant agrees to release Holland Hall School, Auto Showcase of Tulsa, and their respective trustees, directors, employees, officers, agents, sponsors, advisors, and vendors including without limitation, their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
The ticket cost is not tax-deductible.
