The book drive for the 2013-14 year will be during the entire month of October. Drop off your donation in book bins located around campus.
Primary School Drive: October 16, 17, 18
Middle School Drive: October 23, 24, 25
Upper School Drive: October 29, 30, 31
Items accepted include books of any type, magazines, board games, puzzles, computer games/programs, video games, books on tape, records, CD’s, cassette tapes, DVD’s, stuffed animals and educational toys. Please check the point slips for specific guidelines. Donations can be made at any time of the year.
Point slips are the way your child and his/her grade gets credit during the drive period. To receive credit, you must fill out a point slip. Any point slips received prior to the drive will be added into the first day of this year’s drive. You need to fill out only one point slip per donation.
Points will be tallied and a winner announced for each branch. Prizes will be determined for Primary School.
Don’t forget, there are many wonderful sources for donations such as:
Garage sale left-overs
Attics/basement/garage mystery boxes
Businesses, schools, religious organizations etc.
Fill out a point slip and your child will get credit for all you donate.
We are always in need of liquor sized boxes too!!
For 53 years, Holland Hall families and a loyal following in the community have donated items to be sold at the Book Fair. We collect items year round and are counting on you to fill the tables this year! Start collecting now so you will be ready for your school’s drive and a chance for your child’s grade to win a prize!
