Students Volunteer in the Community

The Holland Hall Upper School Spanish VI Class spent time at Kendall Whittier Elementary creating valentines and visiting with the students. The Upper School class volunteers in the community every A day from about 8:30 until 10 a.m. visiting Kendall Whittier as well as San Miguel School and the OU clinic.

A NEW D-DAY SCHEDULE IN THE UPPER SCHOOL

Beginning on Monday, October 20, the Upper School will adopt a new schedule for every D-Day. The new schedule shortens the Chapel-Advisory time from 70 minutes to 50 minutes. Instead of ending the school day at 3:20 pm. on D-Day, the school day will end at 3:00.

American Mathematic Awards

Peter Zhang, class of 2008, earned a first place ranking in the state of Oklahoma on the American Mathematics Competitions AMC -12B exam. Peter’s score was a 136 out of 150 points on the challenging exam. This is the second year in a row for Peter to earn this distinction!
