Urgent Message from Head of School

Posted on: Mar 11, 2020

Dear Holland Hall families,

Out of an abundance of caution, we are closing school for the rest of the day, and we will be closed Thursday, March 12, and Friday, March 13.

We have been informed that several members of our community have been in contact with a family member of a patient who has tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We aren’t aware of anyone in the Holland Hall community who is showing symptoms or has tested positive at this time.

If you cannot pick up your child immediately, please be assured they will be supervised until you arrive. If your child is a student driver, he or she may check out with Ms. O’Neil and drive home.

Thursday and Friday will not be remote learning days, and should be treated as an extension of spring break.

We know you have many questions, and we will answer them as quickly as we are able. We will communicate again today with more details. Please check hollandhall.org, your emails and texts for further information.

Please know we are making every effort to display calm to the student body and we would invite you to partner with us in that effort.
