Holland Hall Preschoolers explored the customs and literature of China during the month of January. They learned about the Lion Dance, pandas, how to say “hello” and “Happy New Year” in Chinese and practiced Chinese numerals in the writing center. The unit culminated with a Chinese lunch complete with chopsticks and fortune cookies.
