8th Grade Pictures
The deadline for submitting pictures for the 8th grade promotion video (which will be shown at graduation in May) is March 1. Please submit your pictures as soon as possible. If you have already sent your pictures in, please disregard this message. Here are the particulars for sending in pictures:
Please send in 3-6 photos of your student, including one as a baby/toddler, one from around the time s/he started at HH, one from this year, and 2-3 more of their years leading up to/including 8th grade. Group photos are great, but keep in mind that pictures with 8 or fewer subjects will work best. The photos do not need to be from school activities but those are welcome, of course. Please send these photos to firstname.lastname@example.org in .jpeg format. If you are unable to scan your pics, feel free to drop off physical photos to Kelly Danner and let her know they’re for us. We’ll scan them in the correct formal. IMPORTANT: Please be sure all [photos (digital or physical) have your student’s first and last name attached.

ISAS 2020: We need Middle School parents!
The Parent Volunteer SignUp Genius Link for ISAS Arts Festival 2020 is now live! Almost 4,000 people from 43 independent schools will be on campus April 2-4, and we need every part of the Holland Hall community to get involved. Plus, volunteering is the only way you’ll get to see the festival! And a quick orientation will show you everything you need to know.
What do you need to do?
- You must have a KeepNTrack online background check on file. (If you have completed this in the past, you do not need another one).
- Decide what you’d like to do — a detailed list of volunteer opportunities can be found by clicking here.
- Sign up for a shift here.
- Everyone should make sure they’re familiar with the ISAS Calendar and FAQ Page.
Volunteer Training Meeting and Packet Pickup — please pick a session to attend
- Thursday, March 26 at 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday, March 28 at 10:00 a.m.
- Both take place in the Walter Arts Center
Faculty and staff will all be participating but have a separate sign-up sheet.
