January 18 – 24 (Upper School)

Posted on: Jan 17, 2020

Course Adds/Drops

The first two cycles of the second semester are set aside for possible adds and drops to student schedules. Students must fill out the appropriate form (located in Ms. O’Neil’s office) and discuss all changes with their advisor during this time. Students will need to collect approval signatures from a parent, the advisor, the department head(s), and the Head of the Upper School before a change can take place. Many students have already taken care of these changes for the second semester. Thursday, January 23 is the last day changes will be accepted.

Culture Fest

During the week of January 27 – 31, we will have Culture Fest in the US. This event consists of special presentations in morning meeting and a Culture Fair for our Primary School students on Friday, January 31. We thought parents might want to know both so you can speak with your child about the week’s events and so you can join us for a morning meeting if your schedule allows.

Seniors — Monday, January 27

On Monday, January 27, College Deans of Admissions will be addressing our 9th-11th grade students. Because 12th-grade students have completed the lions’ share of the college process, we are allowing them to arrive at school by 9 a.m. We are asking that seniors enter through the back of the US (the SMT) to check in that morning in order not to disrupt the presentation taking place in the Commons.
