Box Tops for Education Made Easier

No more clipping. No more sending Box Tops to school. All you need is your phone. Download the ALL-NEW Box Tops app, shop as you normally would, then simply scan your store receipts to find participating products. The app will automatically credit your school’s Box Tops earnings online.

Twice a year, your school will receive a check and can use that cash to buy whatever it needs!


Admission Parent Ambassador Kick-Off

The Admission Team invites you to attend the first Admission Parent Ambassador kick-off meeting! Parent Ambassadors play an important part in introducing prospective students and families to Holland Hall. We value your role in our community and the partnership we have with you. Schureman Circle Recognition Event

New System for Ordering School Pictures

Now that picture days are over, you will be able to order photos using a unique code provided by Legacy Studios linked to your child’s image. Your child was given a sheet of paper with their name and code on picture day. We hope it made its way to you. The code will also be emailed to you.

For those who ordered online or with the traditional envelope, your photos will delivered to your child at school in a few weeks. Orders place after Sept. 9 will be mailed directly to you.

Retakes for all branches will be on Oct. 2 and the Primary School will take class group pictures as well. Order envelopes for the group photos will be sent home with your Primary School student.


New Lunch Menu Website and Mobile App

You can easily view your school menu each day. Flik’s innovative and interactive site and mobile app make our school menus more convenient, informative, and transparent than ever before! Improvements include the ability to:

  • Instantly translate to 50+ languages
  • Highlight special dietary preferences, like vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-friendly items
  • Incorporate Flik’s sustainability icons, including Local, Sustainable Seafood, and Organic to showcase these specialties
  • Access menus from desktop, mobile, and Amazon Alexa
  • Improve customer experience with instant comment cards to managers from the web or mobile app

New Spirit Wear in the Dutch Zone

Gear up for Dutch Days and fall weather!! There’s a fresh order of merchandise including long sleeve t-shirts for all ages, light-weight pullovers, blankets, men’s golf shirts and more!

Store Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8–10 am and 2–4 pm

The Dutch Zone is located in the Tandy Dining and Wellness Center right inside the front entrance.


Common Grounds Coffee Shop – New Hours

Beginning Monday, September 9 the Common Grounds Coffee Shop in the Tandy has new hours. It will be open Monday – Friday from 7:30 – 10:50 am and 1:30 – 4 pm.

Also, parents can now use their credit card to make purchases in the coffee shop. Hang out in the Tandy while waiting on your student after school, meet your friends for coffee and a snack, or have your next meeting in the coffee shop.



Volunteering at Holland Hall is a wonderful way to spend time with your child during the school day, get to know other parents, help raise money that directly impacts your child’s school experience, and participate in fun events that benefit the entire community.

KeepN Track

Parents who plan to volunteer in the Dutch Zone, lunchrooms and classrooms will need to complete a background check through KeepN Track.

Once your background check is approved, you will receive an email telling you where you can get a volunteer ID card. You will use that card when you check in to volunteer on campus. These background checks are good for 3 years. After 3 years, you will need to fill out the KeepN Track application again.


Name Your Game Expo

Our Technology Integrationist, Micah Keyan, and a team of dedicated volunteers are launching a family-friendly, 2-day tabletop and video game convention, Name Your Game Expo, on Oct 5 and 6 at Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center in Broken Arrow.

NYGExpo will feature a wide variety of attractions including board games, tabletop games, trading card games, arcade games, pinball machines, escape rooms, retro and modern video game consoles, gaming PCs, VR, vendors, artists, exhibitors, panels, a cosplay contest, tournaments, events, and much more!
