School Picture Order Info

Retake Day is October 2.

Upper and Middle School retakes will be done in the Tandy between 8 am and 1 pm. The Primary School retakes will be taken in the gym along with class group photos.

Photos taken on Sept. 4 in the Middle and Upper Schools and on Sept. 9 in the Primary School: Emails have been sent with a link to your child(ren)’s image. In order to view them, you must enter the unique code and your email address.

If you ordered in advance and are pleased with the image, your pictures will be delivered and no more action is needed on your part.

If you’d like a retake, please have your child bring their packet to school and give to the retake photographer.

If you did not order in advance you may order online either using the first image, or using the retake image when it becomes available, again with a unique code you will be provided.

New Spirit Wear in the Dutch Zone – Adidas, Comfort Colors & Travis Matthews

Name Your Game Expo

Our Technology Integrationist, Micah Keyan, along with a team of dedicated volunteers, is launching a family-friendly, 2-day tabletop and video game convention, Name Your Game Expo, on Oct. 5 – 6 at Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center in Broken Arrow. NYGExpo will feature a wide variety of attractions including board games, tabletop games, trading card games, arcade games, pinball machines, escape rooms, retro and modern video game consoles, gaming PCs, VR, vendors, artists, exhibitors, coding workshops, panels, a cosplay contest, more than 40 tournaments and events, food trucks, charitable efforts and much more! Yearbooks on Sale Now

Eight Acres, the official student-produced history of the 2020 school year, is on sale now at jostens.com. The books will arrive in spring and be distributed as follows: Upper School Signing Party on May 1, 2020; Middle School delivered to advisee groups, and primary books will be distributed on May 22.

Books will be sold online through midnight Feb. 28, 2020 for $90. For an additional cost, books may be personalized through January 31, 2020 with personalization for $10 and icons for $5 each.

Beginning March 1, there will be “first come, first served” sales offer at Jostens, and books will be sold at cost, $112 each, until the supply is sold out. The number of extra books is determined by the printer and once all of them are gone, there will be no more printed.

Book Fair October Book Drive

Tuesday, October 1 marks the start of the October Book Drive! PS and MS students will receive DOUBLE POINTS for all donations received during the entire month of October (including books, toys, games, puzzles, CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, and video games). US students will receive double points for donations turned in during “Blitz Week”, which will be October 27-31. During “Blitz Week” there will be yellow donation carts outside each branch’s main entrance(s) and Book Fair representatives available to help unload donations at drop-off and pick-up. Parent volunteers can contribute to their student’s points with double points during October for hours worked in the Book Room. Sort Dates are each Wednesday (8 am – 12 pm), 2nd & 4th Tuesday (8 am – 12 pm), and an adult evening sort on October 15 (6-8). Book Room will also be open all week long during “Blitz Week”. Box Tops for Education Made Easier

No more clipping. No more sending Box Tops to school. All you need is your phone. Download the ALL-NEW Box Tops app, shop as you normally would, then simply scan your store receipts to find participating products. The app will automatically credit your school’s Box Tops earnings online.

Twice a year, your school will receive a check and can use that cash to buy whatever it needs!

New System for Ordering School Pictures

Now that picture days are over, you will be able to order photos using a unique code provided by Legacy Studios linked to your child’s image. Your child was given a sheet of paper with their name and code on picture day. We hope it made its way to you. The code will also be emailed to you.

For those who ordered online or with the traditional envelope, your photos will delivered to your child at school in a few weeks. Orders place after Sept. 9 will be mailed directly to you.

Retakes for all branches will be on Oct. 2 and the Primary School will take class group pictures as well. Order envelopes for the group photos will be sent home with your Primary School student.


Common Grounds Coffee Shop – New Hours

Beginning Monday, September 9 the Common Grounds Coffee Shop in the Tandy has new hours. It will be open Monday – Friday from 7:30 – 10:50 am and 1:30 – 4 pm.

Also, parents can now use their credit card to make purchases in the coffee shop. Hang out in the Tandy while waiting on your student after school, meet your friends for coffee and a snack, or have your next meeting in the coffee shop.



Volunteering at Holland Hall is a wonderful way to spend time with your child during the school day, get to know other parents, help raise money that directly impacts your child’s school experience, and participate in fun events that benefit the entire community.

KeepN Track

Parents who plan to volunteer in the Dutch Zone, lunchrooms and classrooms will need to complete a background check through KeepN Track.

Once your background check is approved, you will receive an email telling you where you can get a volunteer ID card. You will use that card when you check in to volunteer on campus. These background checks are good for 3 years. After 3 years, you will need to fill out the KeepN Track application again.
