Yoga
An introduction to Hatha Yoga designed for all levels, focusing on basic postures, anatomy, and relaxation techniques to cultivate strategies for stress management and self-care.
Sports Medicine
Work as a student athletic trainer, assisting with pre/post-practice treatments, field set-ups, and attending practices and games for all student-athletes (Instructor permission required).
Modern Dance I-IV
Students may designate this progressive, full-year modern dance course as a Physical Education/Athletics credit instead of a Fine Arts credit.
School Play/Musical Production
Students may substitute participation in the school Play/Musical for an Athletic or Fitness requirement, counting as a season of Activity Credit.
Alternative Sports
Allows students to earn credit for competitive sports not offered by the school, provided the activity has a competitive or performance component and is approved by the Athletic Advisory committee.

Chamber Strings I-IV
A small ensemble course designed to develop the technical skills necessary for small ensemble or solo performance opportunities (requires concurrent enrollment in String Orchestra).
String Orchestra I-IV
Develop musical expression and growth through the rehearsal and performance of a wide variety of music literature from all musical periods.
Jazz Ensemble I-IV
An audition-based ensemble focused on big band styles, combo performance, improvisation, and advanced musicianship (requires concurrent enrollment in Concert Band or String Orchestra).
