Research and anecdotal experience shows that technology boundaries is important to kids' overall health. But how do you set and enforce technology boundaries that make sense for your child and your family? How do you use technology to connect with your family instead of creating distance? At what ages should children have access to social media, multiplayer games, the internet? How can you use the parental features embedded in your iPhone, iPad, and Mac based computer system to set limits for your child and to monitor their technology use?
