Get tickets for the MS production of 'Elsewhere'

When: Friday and Saturday, Jan. 20-21 at 7 p.m.
Where: Branch Theatre of the Walter Arts Center

At a boarding school in New Hampshire, the old head of school’s house is haunted — abandoned four decades ago after his child disappeared inside. But when four friends break in and try to spend the night on a dare, they discover a magic doorway into another world, Elsewhere. Elsewhere is everything they’ve always wanted – adventure, magic, purpose, a place where they can be their true selves.

But the world of pure imagination hides a darker secret full of nightmares — and the friends must embark on a harrowing and emotional journey into their fears to save themselves.

Tickets available online by clicking here. Adults are $10 and students are $7.

New merchandise available in the DutchZone

The forecast is calling for colder temperatures, so come get new zipped hoodies and colorful crewnecks in the DutchZone! Hours are 8-10 a.m. and 2-4 p.m. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We also have a selection of gently used outerwear and uniforms in the Dutch Exchange, which is now housed in the DutchZone.

Want to personalize your yearbook?

Middle school yearbook club students prepare a spread on democracy and the mid-term elections.

A personalized yearbook will help your student keep track of their book and add a special layer of memories.

Jostens will take personalized orders through Jan. 27. Add a name or 29 characters of type for $10 and icons for $5 each: the year, lion paw, interests, extracurriculars, causes, etc. Lots to choose from on their website.

Regular books will be on sale through April 1 for $75 and the extras for $100 until we sell out.

This year’s gray shirts — which were discontinued — and the cardinal red shirts may be worn for the 2023-24 school year.

Girls also will be able to wear khaki skirts, pants or shorts, as well as the navy or plaid skirts.

You may buy the navy shirts from C&J or Lands’ End, both of which will have logoed shirts in a Dry-Fit material, as well as a pique cotton. C&J will have a closeout stock of gray shirts at a discounted price if you’d like to replenish your supply.

Families also may buy navy polos without logos and have them embroidered from a list of preferred vendors in the Tulsa area, or from the DutchZone. More details to come.
