This year, local retailer C&J School Uniforms has added an online store! Buy shirts, skirts, outerwear and more at https://tulsa.myaplusuniforms.com/collections/holland-hall-private-school-1, or make sure to visit the store in the Fontana Shopping Center, 4984 S. Memorial Drive.New this year, Holland Hall has partnered with online retailer Lands' End for select items. Families in the Primary School can find white shirts with the Holland Hall logo, and all students can find select skirts. skorts and outerwear that are uniform-approved. 100 Year Kickoff events — call for volunteers!

Primary School "Be The One" 100 Year Kickoff Carnival: On Friday, August 27, Primary Students will celebrate our first 100 Year event with an outdoor carnival of themed stations, one for each primary school grade. We are still looking for one more coordinator for our Trike Race station. A Signup Genius link for volunteers to help at the carnival will be out soon! Email jenniferklindsay1@gmail.com to get involved.Convocation Pizza Picnic on the Chapman Green: Directly after the Convocation ceremony on Friday, August 27, Middle and Upper School students will launch the 100 Year celebration with a pizza picnic on the Chapman Green, including inflatables and giant lawn games. Head out to watch the Tulsa Drillers play at 7 p.m. Friday, July 30. Families will buy their tickets and gather on the lawn near the kids zone. Upper School

Junior parents — Time to plan for yearbook senior pictures

All seniors are required to provide a senior portrait taken by Ervin Photography for the senior section of the yearbook. To make your appointment, call Susan at 918-209-5050 Tuesday through Saturday. Ervin is closed on Sunday and Monday.Many of your students completed a contact form to allow Ervin Photography to contact you to set up the yearbook photo session. If they were unable to supply the contact information you would like Ervin to use, please email Shirley Sokolosky, ssokolosky@hollandhall.org, and share your phone, email and other contact information.Ervin offers a free yearbook sitting for those who prefer this option. If you wish to participate in Ervin's free "yearbook session" for a five-minute session, they provide this service at no charge. The deadline for this offer is August 15, and after that time, there will be a $25 fee.Information about ads and other senior content will be shared with you later in the year.

Athletics

Holland Hall Media Day

We are asking for all Dutch athletes in grades 9-12 who play a fall or winter sport to come get a picture taken at Hardesty Field on Wednesday, August 11. Here are the time slots:

  • 6 p.m. - Cheer
  • 6:20 p.m. - Cross Country
  • 6:40 p.m. - Boys/Girls basketball
  • 7 p.m. - Field Hockey
  • 7:30 p.m. - Football
  • These photos will be used for the media guide, new video board, senior banners and media releases.

Josh's Sno Shack will be on campus to serve up some free sno cones.
