Admission Policy
We value the representation of faculty children in our community and encourage our employees to apply for admission. Placement will be offered if the student qualifies for admission and there is space available in the grade level. Generous financial aid is also available.
Before and After School Care for Dependents
In order to accommodate before and after school duties for faculty, children in preschool through 8th grade attending Holland Hall can go to before and after child-care for students at no cost while working on campus.
Paychecks
Paychecks are directly deposited and are paid semi monthly – on the 15th and last day of the month.Â

Retirement Plan
A 403b plan, which is similar to a 401K but is specifically for employees of a tax-exempt organization. The features are comparable to those in a 401K plan. TIAA is the record keeper for the plan and Two West Advisors is the plan fiduciary. Two West is also available to assist employees with their investment choices and other financial planning.
Employer matching upon hire
- Employee Contribution: 1%-5% of annual salary as defined.
- Employer Contribution: 100% match of employee contribution (1%-5%).
- Employer contributions are fully vested after 3 yrs.

Add’l Contribution Based on Years of Service.
- After the completion of 2 years of service, you may contribute additional 1% for a total match of 6%.
- After the completion of 6 years of service, you may contribute additional 2% for a total match of 7%.
- After the completion of 9 years of service, you may contribute additional 3% for a total match of 8%.
ACCREDITATION
We are accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest and the Oklahoma State Board of Education, are members of the National Association of Independent Schools, and are affiliated with the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma.
ATMOSPHERE
Three academic branches, a dining and wellness center, fine arts building, chapel, stadium and various sports facilities are situated on 167 acres of wooded property in south Tulsa, just 20 minutes from downtown.

History:
With a range of cultural festivals throughout the year, Tulsa is a diverse city with Native American roots. It became a boomtown when oil was discovered, eventually earning the nickname “Oil Capital of the World.” The city’s historic Black Wall Street is home to John Hope Franklin Reconciliation Park and Greenwood Rising, experiences memorializing the history of African-Americans in Oklahoma.
