Bus Service
Holland Hall provides limited morning bus service. The current midtown central meeting pickup point is at Utica Square. At this time, there is no after-school bus service.

Morning Bus Service
- Central Meeting Place Pick-up: $375 for 1st child/$175 for each additional sibling.
- School/Home Pick-up: $425 for 1st child/$200 for each additional sibling.

Uniform Policy
It is expected that Holland Hall students will be neat, clean and appropriate in their dress on campus or when participating in a school function off campus. This includes shirts tucked in, shoes tied and all dress code requirements adhered to.
Dutch Exchange:
Families can recycle their outgrown uniforms and Dutch gear and shop for gently used uniforms and Dutch spirit wear at no cost. Items are available for students in all branches and employees when the Exchange is open.

Primary School students can purchase lunch in that building's lunchroom. Middle School and Upper School students purchase and eat lunch in the A.R. and Marylouise Tandy Dining and Wellness Center.

Lunch Cards
Set up a lunch account and add funds on the Parent Portal.
The Common Grounds Coffee Shop is open in the morning and afternoons for grab and go items, smoothies and coffee. Coffee is only sold to Upper School students, faculty and parents.

Campus Visits and Safety

Visiting Buildings on Campus
Visitors who aren't expected at a particular branch should check in at the A.R. and Marylouise Tandy Dining and Wellness Center's main entrance.
All doors across campus are locked throughout the school day. If you need to enter a building, look for a buzzer, and the front desk personnel will let you in.
To enter a building beyond the reception area, all visitors, including parents, will need to have a valid driver’s license to check in at a Visitor Aware station. After scanning the license, the check-in system will run a quick background check against the sex offender database. Once approved, a visitor badge sticker will print and should be worn while on campus.
Call (539) 476-8100 to reach a Holland Hall security officer, or you can report a problem or emergency on the Holland Hall app.

Optional Math Work
Student Health Forms & Information
- All students entering grades Kindergarten-12th MUST submit a current completed physical exam.
- All students entering Kindergarten MUST submit a new immunization record.
- All students entering 7th grade MUST submit documentation of a recent Tdap booster.
- All students new to Holland Hall MUST submit current immunization records, in addition to above (submit birth certificate to Admission).

DutchZone
The DutchZone is your place for Holland Hall T-shirts, jackets and other spirit wear. Find it in the A.R. and Marylouise Tandy Dining and Wellness Center. Note: Payment is credit card only.
Hours
Wednesday: 9-11 a.m. and 2-4 p.m.
Thursday & Friday: 8-10 a.m. and 2-4 p.m.

Inclement Weather Policy
On rare occasions during the winter months, school hours may be affected due to weather conditions.
If school ends early, is canceled or delayed, parents will receive a text or email and the homepage of the website will be updated. Make sure your contact info is updated here.
